The first day introduces the Practitioner level and focuses on the agile mindset, project management and organisational change. Participants explore how agile principles are applied in PRINCE2 Agile and how to lead successful agile teams.
The day also covers how PRINCE2 practices are adapted to an agile context and how agile techniques are applied in planning and delivery.

Module 1: Introduction to PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner
Module 2: Agile mindset, project management, and organizational change management
explain the benefits of adopting an agile mindset, differentiating between ‘being agile’ and ‘doing agile’
apply key characteristics of the agile mindset
understand and apply PRINCE2 Agile principles in project performance areas
describe the importance of organizational change management and key considerations for building and leading successful agile teams
Module 3: The PRINCE2 Agile practices and their application
understand how PRINCE2 Project Management practices are tailored for an agile context
apply agile artifacts and techniques in project planning and execution
analyse the effectiveness of approaches to applying PRINCE2 Agile practices and roles
demonstrate the ability to integrate agile roles into PRINCE2 Project Management structures
The second day focuses on applying PRINCE2 Agile processes and understanding how the methodology works within a wider organisational context.
Participants learn how to assess whether processes are effectively tailored, and how PRINCE2 Agile supports product management, operations and continuous delivery.
The course concludes with the Practitioner exam.

Virtual courses:
You will get an exam voucher that gives you access to an online exam. This can be booked and taken home monitored by a proctor via camera.
The trainer will also guide you through the procedures on how to book and prepare for the exam during the course
For both alternatives:
If you fail on your first attempt you receive a free online retake voucher. This can only be conducted online.
