The first day introduces agile concepts and the agile mindset. Participants explore how agile differs from traditional approaches and how it can be applied in project environments.
The course also introduces PRINCE2 Agile and explains how the framework integrates structured project management with agile delivery.

The second day focuses on how PRINCE2 Agile is applied through practices and processes. Participants learn how roles, artifacts and techniques support effective agile project delivery.

You will get an exam voucher that gives you access to an online exam. This can be booked and taken home monitored by a proctor via camera.
