  • Advanced Certified ScrumMasters (A-CSM) who are looking for the next level of growth.
  • ScrumMasters who have Scrum experience for close to two years;

Our CSP-SM program is designed with deep learning for those who want to advance themselves to the next level of agile coaching, including the practitioners who want to advance to Certified Team Coach (CTC) and/or Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC).

Participants should be passionate in advancing as a ScrumMaster and an Agile coach, and therefore be willing to challenge their own thinking and approaches within this course.

All attendees must have the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster certification (A-CSM) and practice prior to the Certified Scrum Professional ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) workshop.

Evelyn Tian is an experienced coach, trainer, and international keynote speaker with a deep passion for enabling organizational growth and driving product excellence. She is among the very few worldwide who hold the combined credentials of Certified Enterprise Coach, Certified Team Coach, Certified Scrum Trainer, and Advanced Certified Mentor Coach.

Dedicated to supporting both individuals and organizations in reaching the next level, Evelyn has mentored agile practitioners from more than 80 countries (as of November 2023). She actively contributes to the global community through free monthly coaching clinics and international networking events.

Evelyn is a China born Canadian living in Sweden, and holds academic background spans Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and an Executive MBA.

This course provides the opportunity to earn the Certified Scrum Professional – ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) certification, approved by Scrum Alliance.

To achieve the certification, participants must: 

  • Hold an active or expired Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) credential 
  • Have at least 24 months of experience working as a Scrum Master within the past five years.

There is no formal exam; certification is granted upon successful completion of all course components and requirements.

The certification can also be used to earn Scrum Education Units (SEUs) toward maintaining or renewing other Scrum Alliance credentials.
