To achieve the certification, participants must:
Hold an Advanced Certified Scrum Developer (A-CSD®) certification (active or expired – your A-CSD will automatically renew upon earning the CSP-D).
Attend an approved CSP-D educational offering to gain advanced techniques for enabling technical excellence and agile leadership.
Successfully complete all educator-designed components of the course, including any required pre- or post-course work.
Validate at least 24 months of relevant experience as a Scrum developer or team member within the past five years.
Maintain the certification by earning Scrum Education Units (SEUs) and renewing every two years through Scrum Alliance.
