During this two-day course, you will learn about the activities, tools, and mechanics used to manage backlogs and programs to help deliver value in a Lean enterprise. You’ll also be introduced to the Agile Release Train (ART), the value it delivers, and what you can do to best support and improve it.
Other key learnings include how to use Lean thinking to write Epics and break them down into Features and Stories, as well as plan Iterations and Program Increments. There’s also insights into the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, DevOps culture, and ways Product Owners/ Managers can effectively integrate.

The examination consists of a closed book, web-based multiple choice exam. Candidates have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) to complete 45 questions, with a score of 34 (76%) required to pass. The exam is free with the purchase of this course.
