M_o_R® Practitioner (3rd edition)

The M_o_R® Management of Risk Practitioner course gives participants a deep and practical understanding of how to apply the M_o_R risk management framework in real organisational contexts. Building on the Foundation level, this course emphasises how to tailor, apply, and embed structured risk management processes, practices, and governance across strategic, programme, project and operational activities.

This Practitioner course focuses on applying the principles and processes of the M_o_R methodology in complex environments. Participants learn how to tailor the framework to organisational needs, integrate risk management into governance structures and decision processes, and use tools and techniques to mitigate risk effectively. Through scenario-based exercises and case examples, delegates practice applying M_o_R within real-life contexts, preparing them for both certification and professional application.
