Kurset passer for personer som allerede har grunnleggende AgilePM- eller DSDM-kunnskap og ønsker å utvikle ferdighetene sine videre for praktisk anvendelse i prosjekter.
Hvilke forkunnskaper trenger jeg?
Du må ha AgilePM® Foundation Certificate, DSDM Atern Foundation Certificate eller DSDM Advanced Practitioner.
Hva lærer jeg på kurset?
Du lærer blant annet om roller og ansvar, AgilePM gjennom prosjektets livssyklus, produkter, MoSCoW-prioritering, timeboxing, krav, estimering, planlegging, kvalitet, risiko og tilpasning av metoden.
Hvordan er AgilePM® Practitioner-eksamen?
Eksamen består av fire objective-testing-spørsmål med totalt 80 tilgjengelige poeng. Du trenger 40 poeng for å bestå, og eksamen varer i 2,5 timer.
Er eksamen åpen bok?
Ja. AgilePM Handbook er tillatt under eksamen.
Er eksamen inkludert i kursavgiften?
Ja. Sertifiseringseksamen er oppgitt som inkludert i kursavgiften.
Kan kurset tas virtuelt?
