The course focuses on how to establish, implement and maintain an Anti-Bribery Management System in accordance with ISO 37001. You will learn how to understand the organisation and its context, define the scope of the ABMS, establish an anti-bribery policy and assign roles and responsibilities.

You will also work with bribery risk assessments, due diligence, anti-bribery controls, reporting and investigation procedures, performance evaluation and continual improvement. The course prepares you to support an organisation throughout the implementation process and towards an ISO 37001 certification audit.

The training is delivered through the myPECB platform and combines video based learning with course materials, exercises and quizzes.

Training course structure

Exam and certification

Exam

After completing the course, you can take the PECB Certified ISO 37001 Lead Implementer exam.

The exam covers seven competency domains, including anti-bribery management principles, initiation and planning of an ABMS implementation, implementation, performance evaluation, continual improvement and preparation for a certification audit.

Certification

Upon the successful completion of the exam, you can apply for one of the credentials shown in the table below. You will receive a certificate once you fulfill all the requirements related to the selected credential.
