Learn how to automate the configuration and management of network infrastructure using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. The course gives you practical experience using Ansible to automate common network administration tasks across multivendor environments. You will learn how to write and troubleshoot Ansible Playbooks, gather information about network devices, back up configurations and manage network infrastructure from a central automation platform.
You will also work with routers, switches, ports, VLANs, SNMP monitoring and routing protocols, and learn how Ansible can be used across vendors such as Cisco, Juniper and Arista. The course also covers Git, automation controller, Ansible Roles and Content Collections.

PrerequisitesParticipants should have experience with network administration and a solid understanding of TCP/IP, routers and managed switches.
Experience managing network devices from the command line is recommended, preferably with platforms such as Cisco IOS, IOS XR or NX-OS, Juniper Junos or Arista EOS. Knowledge equivalent to Red Hat System Administration I (RH124) is also recommended.
