The EDRP course provides a structured approach to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR). You will learn how to identify critical business functions, assess risks and dependencies, establish recovery objectives and develop plans that help organisations maintain essential operations during disruptive events.
The course covers both business and IT perspectives, including crisis management, disaster recovery planning, data backup and restoration, cloud recovery and plan activation. You will also explore how AI, automation and analytics can support risk analysis, early warning, recovery prioritisation and operational resilience.
The training combines theoretical knowledge with case based exercises and practical labs covering areas such as risk assessment, Business Impact Analysis, backup, system recovery and disaster recovery scenarios.
