Prerequisites:
Organisational context and approach
Explore the organisational context in which change takes place, including drivers for change, organisational culture and different approaches to planning and delivering change.
People and change
Understand how people respond to change and how change can impact individuals. Learn approaches for supporting people, addressing resistance and building motivation throughout a change initiative.
Change leadership and teams
Explore the role of leadership in organisational change and understand how people in key change roles can work together to create effective change teams.
Stakeholders and communication
Learn how to identify and analyse stakeholders and power dynamics, and use this understanding to develop appropriate engagement and communication strategies.
Work of the change manager
Understand the role of the change manager and how change management activities can be planned, monitored and measured. This includes the use of measurement and change analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities.
Exam preparation
Review the key syllabus areas and prepare for the Change Management Foundation certification exam.
The exam is will take place at the end of the course on onsite classroom courses
For Virtual courses we will send out a voucher that gives you access to an online exam. This can be booked and taken home monitored by a proctor via camera.
The purpose of the Foundation certification is to confirm that a candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of Change Management to work as an informal member of a team working on an organizational change initiative.

Change Management Foundation er et grunnkurs i endringsledelse som gir deg forståelse for hvordan organisatoriske endringer kan planlegges, gjennomføres og følges opp med særlig fokus på menneskene som påvirkes av endringen.
Trenger jeg forkunnskaper?
Nei, det er ingen formelle forkunnskapskrav for å delta på kurset.
Passer kurset for prosjektledere?
Ja. Kurset passer blant annet for prosjekt- og programledere, endringsagenter, ledere og fagpersoner innen HR, kommunikasjon og opplæring.
Er eksamen inkludert i kursprisen?
Ja, sertifiseringseksamen er inkludert i kursavgiften.
Hvordan gjennomføres eksamen?
På fysiske kurs gjennomføres eksamen på slutten av kurset. På virtuelle kurs mottar du en voucher og kan gjennomføre eksamen digitalt med ekstern overvåking.
Kan jeg bygge videre på Foundation?
Ja. Etter bestått Foundation kan du gå videre til Change Management Practitioner, som fokuserer mer på anvendelse av metodene og teknikkene i praksis.
