The first day introduces the changing organisational context and explores why enterprise agility is needed. Participants are introduced to the purpose and structure of AgileSHIFT before beginning to work with its principles.

Trenger jeg forkunnskaper?
Det er ikke oppgitt noen forkunnskapskrav for å delta på kurset. For å ta eksamen må du ha gjennomført et AgileSHIFT-kurs hos en akkreditert kursleverandør.

Du lærer blant annet om enterprise agility, formålet med AgileSHIFT, AgileSHIFT-rammeverket, prinsippene, praksisene, rollene og arbeidsflyten.
Hvordan er AgileSHIFT-eksamen?
Eksamen består av 33 spørsmål. Du trenger 20 riktige svar for å bestå, og eksamen varer i 45 minutter med eventuell tilleggstid for deltakere som ikke har eksamensspråket som morsmål. Eksamen er lukket bok.
Er eksamen inkludert i kursavgiften?
Ja. Sertifiseringseksamen er inkludert, og kurssiden oppgir også en gratis ny eksamensmulighet.
Kan kurset tas virtuelt?
Ja. Ved virtuell gjennomføring får du en voucher som gir tilgang til en nettbasert eksamen med fjernovervåkning.
