Terms in-house courses

Cancellation and relocation of course date

For open course dates, the following applies:

• Free cancellation or transfer of course date must be made in writing and no later than 10 working days before the course starts.
• Cancellation after this or non-attendance means that the entire course fee is invoiced.

For in-house courses, the following applies:

• Cancellation and change of course dates must be made in writing and no later than 20 working days before the course starts

Payment terms

Private customers are pre-invoiced and the invoice must be paid before the start of the course.
Corporate customers are invoiced at the start of the course with a 14-day payment deadline.

Vipps as form of payment:

Private customers can use Vipps as a form of payment at Glasspaper.

To be able to receive invoices in Vipps, there are a few things you need to set up in advance:

1. Log in to your Vipps account
2. Press profile
3. Select payment option
4. Activate "Pay the bills with Vipps" by dragging the button to the right

When the 4 steps have been completed, you will be able to receive an invoice in the Vipps application.

Glasspaper must be notified of which telephone number is connected to your Vipps account, then we are ready to invoice you. The invoice is placed under the payments tab, and all you have to do is press approve.

NOTE! Vipps charges a fee of 1.75% of the purchase price

The disadvantage of payment in Vipps is that 1.75% of the purchase price is added to your invoice, so that Glasspaper receives a total of the money to be invoiced. Ie. If you have to pay 15,000 for a course, you will be invoiced 15,000 x 1,0175 = 15,263
