Answer: At our course premises in Oslo, we unfortunately no longer have free parking spaces. We recommend that you plan parking on Parkopedia. There are paid parking spaces next to Circle K and close to Glasspaper's premises.
Answer: At our premises in Bergen, we unfortunately do not have parking facilities. We recommend that you either park in the Rosenkrantz parking garage, or under the Radisson Blu hotel on the pier. To get to the course location, there is also public transport. If you are coming from the north side of Bergen, you must get off at the Bradbenken bus stop. If you come from the south side, you can either walk from the light rail or take the bus to Bryggen.
Answer: We have free parking in our own parking space, but there is a limited number of spaces and we can not guarantee space. The parking lot is at the back of the building. At the front of the main entrance there is also bicycle parking.
Answer: Yes, we have bicycle parking right outside our offices in Oslo and Trondheim. In Bergen, we need information if you need bicycle parking, and we will arrange a safe place.
Answer: We have our own motorcycle parking right outside the course premises in Oslo. In Trondheim you will find parking right behind the main building.
Answer: No, but if the course contains an exam VAT follows on the exam price, as well as on digital material.

Answer: Yes, lunch is included in all classroom courses you attend with us. Lunch is not included if you participate via Connect2Classroom or other online options.
Answer: At our Oslo office there are alternatives such as a salad bar. If you are going on a course in one of our other course locations, you are welcome to let us know in advance so that we can arrange alternative food for you.
Answer: The guaranteed-to-run is set no later than two weeks before the start of the course and always as soon as we have enough participants. We decide on completion or cancellation / relocation no later than two weeks before the start of the course. We always try to set a guaranteed-to-run as far as possible.
Answer: The last cancellation deadline for open course dates is 10 working days before the start of the course, after which the full course fee will be invoiced.
