This course is aimed at people who work, or would like to work, on projects on a daily basis. This course is designed to provide you with that information and working-level understanding of structured Project Management, as presented in PRINCE2. At the end of this course, you will be able to use this knowledge to manage a project and pass the PRINCE2 Foundation examination.

The first day introduces PRINCE2 and how the methodology supports structured project management. Participants learn how projects are organised, how they are initiated and how a strong business case supports project success.
Students will also be given homework to prepare for the next day.
Modules covered:
The second day focuses on planning, quality and risk management. Participants learn how to control project stages and manage delivery effectively, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

The final day covers how to manage issues, monitor progress and close projects in a controlled way. The course concludes with a review session and the PRINCE2 Foundation exam.

You will get an exam voucher that gives you access to an online exam. This can be booked and taken home monitored by a proctor via camera.
