Take your Copilot Studio skills to the next level. This intermediate, three-day course teaches developers and advanced builders how to design and ship production-ready AI agents and multi-agent solutions capable of sophisticated reasoning, workflow automation, and enterprise integration. You'll design agent architectures, configure advanced behaviors, connect agents to external systems, and manage testing, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management — giving your organization the tools to automate complex, cross-system workflows and deliver higher-value, domain-specific outcomes.

Prerequisites

Required

  • The ability to create, configure, test, and publish agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Access to Microsoft Copilot Studio and a Power Platform environment
  • Permissions to create solutions and agents in that environment

Recommended

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
  • An intermediate understanding of generative AI concepts
  • A basic grasp of REST APIs, connectors, and web services
  • Experience with automation workflows and business process integration

Target audience

This course is built for advanced builders and professional developers who want to design, extend, and integrate Copilot Studio agents — including automation architects, Power Platform app makers, cloud developers, and AI engineers. Your goal is to automate real business processes by connecting agents to enterprise data, systems, and services, all while applying sound design, security, governance, and responsible AI practices. You should already have hands-on experience building agents in Copilot Studio, an intermediate understanding of generative AI concepts, proficiency with REST APIs, and familiarity with the broader Microsoft cloud platform.
