The course provides a comprehensive understanding of how to audit an Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001. You will learn how to interpret the requirements of the standard from an auditor’s perspective, evaluate conformity and plan, conduct and close an ISO 14001 audit.
You will also work with evidence based and risk based auditing, collection and verification of audit evidence, audit test plans, nonconformity reports and corrective action plans. The course covers the complete audit process, from initiation and preparation to reporting, follow up and management of an internal audit programme.
The training is delivered through the myPECB platform and combines video based learning with course materials, practical examples, exercises and quizzes.
