PMI PMP Exam Preparation Course

This 35 hours (four day) workshop helps prepare participants for the PMP® certification exam based on PMBOK 5. The workshop helps project manager to understand the science of project management. The training also empowers Project Managers to manage Projects effectively and efficiently through the Project Management Lifecycle.

The 35 hours’ Workshop would provide a structured approach to understand Project Management and gain confidence for writing the PMP® exam.

Prerequisites:

There are no formal prerequisites for participating in the PMP Exam Preparation course.

  • PMP Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for the PMP credential, you must meet certain educational and professional experience requirements. Prior to start writing your PMP application on PMI website, all project management experience of last eight (maximum) years must have been documented on a paper.

    Category 1:

    • For Candidates having a 4-years degree
    • Educational Background
    • Four-year degree (bachelor's degree or global equivalent)

    + Project Management Experience

    • Minimum three years / 36 months unique non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 4,500 hours were spent leading and directing project + Project Management Education 35 contact hours of formal education

     

    Category 2:

    • For Candidates having a Secondary degree Educational Background Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate's degree or global equivalent)

    + Project Management Experience

    • Minimum five years / 60 months unique non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 7,500 hours were spent leading and directing project

    + Project Management Education 35 contact hours of formal education
